Hi, I’m Jo, your relationship recovery coach 👋🏼

I’ve specialised in coaching chronic people pleasers, overgivers and babes with anxious attachment styles through their dysfunctional relationships - and into much better ones - for the last 10 years now.

Over that time working with 600+ clients 1:1 and in small groups, I have developed tried and tested practical methods to help people get results in a faster and more sustainable way than just talk therapies, self led personal development or volunteer run recovery programmes alone.

I came to this work because I too am a recovering codependent and former serial monogamist - I was never single for more than a couple of months at a time between the ages of 13-30. It was only when I married the person I thought was my soulmate - and he actually turned out to be a narcissist that I woke up, smelled the coffee, got a divorce and figured out I had a lifelong pattern of getting into dysfunctional relationships so I could start helping you to do it too.

I’m now 10 years into my own recovery, and 4 years into the happiest, healthiest relationship Ive ever had - not that a relationship is any marker of success, but I’ll tell ya babe, being with someone who makes you laugh, makes you feel loved and makes you feel safe (plus you think they’re a total smoke show!) yeah that’s a pretty nice cherry on top of the sundae of solid self worth!

How much is it?
Right now you have access to limited offer beta pricing of just £1500 for the best, most comprehensive and supportive 1:1 coaching programme I have ever created for my babes who are on the brink, or in the aftermath of a breakup. You can pay in full, one and done, or split the cost over 6 months - 6 payments of £250.

How much of a time commitment is it for me?
The scheduled time commitment is:
1 x 90 minute Self Worth Setup Session at the start of your programme.
2 x 60 minute Power Hour coaching sessions per month.

There will also be monthly progress reports to fill out to help me keep a track of where you’re at and reflect back an objective measure of your progress - even when you’re not fully feeling the wins yourself. It will only take you a few minutes each month to fill out this report and you’ll have a few days to complete it each time.

Everything else is done and accessed as and when you need.

The Breakup Hotline (aka text me not him / her / them!!) will provide you with on the spot coaching, pep talks and a bestie to rant to when your mates have heard enough about the person that they’ve been waiting for you to leave for years. I’m available at the end of that hotline between 9am-6pm UK time, Monday-Friday and 9am-12pm Saturday. What if I don’t leave in the 6 month time frame? Or I need more coaching after the 6 months is up? Like I said up top, I’m not going to pressure you to move faster than you are able to sustainably maintain, so we’ll take it at your pace. There are very few instances where it’s taken someone longer than 6 months working with me at this level of support, to make the decision to leave and do the thing, but if you need to use the 6 months to build up the courage and strength to go, and you need some extra time afterwards to actually make the moves, of course I’'m happy to keep working with you for as long as it takes.

We’ll assess where you’re at in month 5 and if you’d like to continue with the same level of support or if you’re ready to move onto more maintenance level coaching to keep you ticking along - or even perhaps to start making a plan for your single life and future dating strategy 👀 Because babe - I’m not technically a dating coach - but my dating system for former people pleasers is DAMN GOOD and my hit rate for helping to get my clients into their ideal relationships is HHIIIGGHHHH!!!

I have specific experience working with poly and non monogamous people of all genders and sexualities.
