Q: What is the schedule like? Will I be able to make the LIVE WORKSHOPS? HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE?
The live workshop calls will be on Monday evenings, at 7.30pm UK time and will run for 60-90 minutes. The first workshop is on Monday 10 November and they run until the final workshop on Monday 15 December.
All sessions will be recorded and uploaded into your course hub to watch back at your leisure.
The programme is designed so that you can get the most out of it whether you attend the live sessions, or watch the replays back. As long as you engage with the work, you can complete the programme on your own time and it will still be effective.
There will be an opportunity to be coached by me live at the end of each workshop session.
The biggest time commitment is watching the workshops - any practical work I need you to do will be introduced and started in the workshops. The rest of the work we do will be about the way you live your existing life - not more tasks to add on top of what you’re already managing.

WEEKLY WORKSHOPS:
Week 1: Life Audit - We're diving right in with a total life audit. Looking at your day-to-day, identifying where the energy leaks are, where you're overdoing it and where you could benefit from some more consistency and *human centred* (not rigid!) routine - all to give you a better baseline to work from. Less chaos, more space, clarity and energy. We're also going to start working on your personal value set and discussing what it means to start living in integrity - something you'll use as a guide throughout this whole programme.
Week 2: Self Worth Structure - We begin the real applied work this week. With my guidance and support you're going to be deciding on and committing to your self worth supporting structure. We'll use concepts like stretchy scheduling, range targets, imperfect action, opportunistic action and dual routines to make this as doable - and successful - as possible for you. This is the week you can bust out your star chart too!
Week 3: Identify and Validate - This week we're putting in your IV! It's time to - Identify + Validate . No more minimising, lots more mattering, please! I'll guide you through a process to help you slow down, identify and validate your feelings, so that you can start treating yourself like your own bestie, instead of always shoving your feelings down and putting yourself at the bottom of the pile!
Week 4: Consistency Check-In - It's been a month - so it's time to do a consistency check-in - with a difference. Routine and consistency have too often been weapons we have used against ourselves to stay stuck in self sabotaging all or nothing mentality. So we're approaching consistency with compassion. We're going to take a look at what's working, what's not working, and make adjustments accordingly - instead of trying to cram you into a routine that isn't working for your brain and your life's circumstances right now.
Week 5: Clear Communication - We're talking clear, concise, effective communication today! No more fluffing around the edges please babes - let's keep it clear and direct, and yes, still kind with the people who deserve your kindness! The skill of clear communication is the last piece of the puzzle you need to add to your self worth arsenal, before we can dive into the one everyone's been waiting for - our final workshops on boundaries, next week!
Week 6: Better Boundaries - It's our final workshop and this week we're doing a deep dive into boundaries. What they are, what they're aren't, how to discern when you need to communicate them - and when you don't, and when you might need something else instead, like a rule or a request. Boundaries are the thing everyone wants, and they're a ninja level self worth skill - that's why we leave them til last. But with all the work we've done so far, you'll be more ready than ever to start being a total boundary boss!
DAILY COACHING + SUPPORT:
WhatsApp Group Chat: With your permission, at the start of the core programme I will add you to a small group chat including me and your cohort (a maximum of 6-12 women and AFAB NB babes). This will be a place you can check in, get love and support from your group any time, and your questions answered, sense checks and pep talks from me, 6 days a week. Before working with Jo, I was in a massive pattern of codependent, emotionally abusive relationships. I realised that this is what I had experienced, but had no idea how to change it. I could see myself repeatedly putting up with unacceptable behaviour and becoming a ‘mum’ in my relationships. I was constantly exhausted and on the brink of a breakdown due to being codependent in all aspects of my life including work (i.e. constantly picking up overtime and overloading myself).
