✨ ONE YEAR TO BECOME WILDLY WORTHY ✨

Ditch the fear of being alone, and make people pleasing a thing of the past so you can have healthy and fulfilling relationships in all areas of your life

The only problem? How do you even get started unpicking, and healing from something that seems to have been your dysfunctional default, your whole way of being, for your whole life?

Babe, I’ve created something super effective and impactful, that really works, just for you. Read on if…

  • You’re sick of repeating the same patterns of dysfunctional, toxic, unfulfilling relationships over and over again

  • You’re done with being over-worked and exhausted, at the same time under appreciated and feeling like whatever you do is never enough

  • You’re finally ready to stop people pleasing and start building your self worth so you can easily set and maintain healthy boundaries

  • In short you’re ready to start your codependency recovery journey now

I WAS 27 WHEN I GOT A TATTOO THAT SAYS ‘WHOLE’…

I was at a coaching retreat in upstate New York and I walked, in the snow, to the studio to get the word inked on my right forearm. I’d had an epiphany on that trip. I had realised that I needed to love myself first and foremost, and that I needed to start my path to becoming whole, instead of searching for someone else to finally complete me. I even bought myself an engagement ring on that trip - I got committed to myself. 8 months later I married a narcissist.

My marriage turned out to be a version of almost every other relationship I’ve ever been in - except this time we said the vows and signed the contracts, so when the deluge of red flags became abuse, and the abuse became unbearable, when I was so exhausted that I was literally falling asleep at the wheel, I didn’t just pack up, move on and download Tinder. I dug in, did the work and asked myself why?

Why are these guys besotted with me one minute and bored the next?

Why do I have to try so hard to get someone - my husband - to love me?

Why is nothing I do ever good enough?

Why am I so afraid to be alone?

Why does this keep happening?

And so began my journey to discovering codependency. The reason I kept repeating these same old patterns - not just with men, but in work, and with friends and family - is because I’m codependent (now in recovery). Amongst other things that means: I was a chronic people pleaser, I over-gave love, money and time, I attracted dysfunctional and abusive relationships, I then stayed in those relationships, trying to make them work, for too long.

That’s exactly why I combined my 10 years of experience in coaching, my own self development work, and my personal recovery journey to create my action oriented, self worth building method of codependency recovery: Wildly Worthy

imagine finally being able to…

  • Value yourself enough to have healthy relationships in all areas of your life - romantic, professional, platonic and family

  • Set healthy, reasonable boundaries, not feel guilty about it and be able to maintain them even when there is push back

  • Truly know yourself, what you like, and use that knowledge to create a fulfilling life that makes you feel content and proud

  • Finally heal the secret shame of never feeling good enough, no matter how hard you try

  • Oh, and stop trying so hard and being so totally exhausted all-the-time!

Scared. Confused. Nervous. EMBARRASSED.

I hear it all the time. Starting your codependency recovery journey can feel a bit awkward at best, and totally terrifying at worst.

I also often hear that I’m the first person you’ve ever spoken to that actually understands what you’re going through, where it comes from, why it’s happening, and doesn’t invalidate your feelings and tell you to just….

Get over it / Dump them / Stop worrying / Tell them how you really feel / Just put a boundary in babe!

(If it was really that easy, you’d already be doing it.)

I know that realising you might be codependent can make you feel like you’re on shaky ground. Like you don’t know who you are without it, and what will your future even look like if this isn’t you anymore?

Now imagine…

You don’t have to do this alone! You can start your recovery journey with me guiding you, and a supportive community of women and femmes - by your side every step of the way.

You hop on a coaching call to explain a situation that is upsetting and confusing you, or making you feel anxious, and no one is perplexed, or judges you. They know exactly how you feel because they feel the same way too! (And uh, yeah, we’ve also pulled some of the same shit! Lol! It’s a totally judgement free zone!)

When you have a panic and you feel yourself start to spiral, you have access to an online course full of resources to support you, and a private forum where you can connect with me and all your fellow recovery babes too. (In fact we’ve even had some real life friendships be forged through our little corner of the Internet!)

IF COMMITTING TO YOURSELF AND YOUR CODEPENDENCY RECOVERY JOURNEY FOR THE NEXT 12 MONTHS SOUNDS LIKE EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED RIGHT NOW…

You can sign up here for just £440 - that’s 20% off pay monthly - and claim up to £300 worth of bonuses when you do!

WHY NOW?

Aside from this offer only being open until 2 December, I recommend getting in on this today for a few reasons…

  1. Traditional talk therapies can be amazing and really helpful. They also don’t always get to the heart of the issue of codependency in the same way that a specialist can. Plus, coaching and mentoring focuses on how we can change and retrain your patterns and behaviours in practical ways so you’ll be taking real action, and you’ll see and feel the results quickly.

  2. This is the best value offer I have ever put out. You cannot work with me in any more affordable way, plus you get exclusive access to two brand new practical workshops, (one in December and one in January), and the first 10 people will also get a a gorgeous journal to support their recovery, plus a free private coaching session with me, to be taken at any time during our 12 months together. It truly is a holiday treat babes!

  3. How long have you wanted to move forward confidently with your life? How long have you wished you could stop downloading and deleting the dating apps? How long have you wanted to feel more content and secure and worthy in your own company? How long have you wished you could stop people pleasing and over giving at work? How long have you wanted to put boundaries in place with your family? What’s stopping you? Why not now?

The sooner you begin this work, the sooner your life will begin to change

Intrigued but still not sure if it’s for you? I have a limited number of complimentary consultation sessions available, so we can chat through any questions you might have for me…

These sessions are limited and only available until Thursday 1 December, and the first bonus workshop is on Thursday 8 December, so if you have questions or you need a little more info before you decide, be sure to book yours now.

NERVOUS ABOUT DOING RECOVERY WORK IN A GROUP, INSTEAD OF IN PRIVATE?

HERE’S WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY ABOUT IT..

I can't recommend the group coaching enough! I lived for the weekly Zoom call because I got to hear that other people are going through the same shit as me. It helped me feel I'm not alone and I can get through this. Everyone was at different stages and we've all created such a deep bond and continue to chat, help, and celebrate each other daily in our WhatsApp group aptly named "Codep Bad Bitches!"

It's one of the best things I've done for myself as an adult. Everyone will take something away from it and look at their life in a totally different way (in the best kind of way of course!) Thanks again for everything Jo!”

- Poppy, London

“At first I was a bit apprehensive about joining  group coaching sessions, as I believed I would find it extremely hard to be open and honest about my experiences. I feared being judged. However, I was totally wrong ! It ended up being the only place I felt comfortable enough to express myself openly, as everyone could relate to a lot of things I shared. Jo was amazing during each coaching session, she validated my emotions and every week she would give us all really helpful tips on how to overcome specific things we were all going through.

Since completing the coaching course, I definitely believe I now have direction in my recovery journey. I have become more confident in communicating my feelings and needs to those close to me and in professional settings.

Overall, I feel more in control of my life and I couldn’t be more thankful to Jo, for helping me get this far in my recovery. I would highly recommend the group coaching sessions with Jo, because she is extremely knowledgable on the subject of codependency, so she is able to give honest and useful advice. I have also made new friends from the course, which is brilliant as we can support each other during our recovery journey.

This course has definitely been the best thing I could have done for myself.”

- Gigi, London

"Before working with Jo, I felt completely overwhelmed to the point that I was signed off work. I felt like my life was out of control, I was still enmeshed with my ex-husband 2.5 years after separating,  I didn't know who I was anymore and I had no idea how to keep all the plates spinning.

The group coaching with Jo was simply the best thing I have done for myself in a long, long time. Jo provided a simple and effective framework to work through each week which kept me on track and the added dynamic of having several other fierce and fabulous women who understood me in ways I have struggled to be understood by others for most of my life was incredible. I now feel more in control of my life than I ever have, I am able to recognise my patterns of codependency and can put simple and effective boundaries in place to keep me centred. Plus, I have finally filed for divorce and revel in my own company!

I absolutely recommend the group coaching with Jo, she is funny, fierce, hits you with the truth bombs when you need to hear them and sets up the circle of trust in the group so well - I feel like I have also gained new friends for life."

- Sophie, Reading

Before working with Jo, I was in a massive pattern of codependent, emotionally abusive relationships. I realised that this is what I had experienced, but had no idea how to change it. I could see myself repeatedly putting up with unacceptable behaviour and becoming a ‘mum’ in my relationships. I was constantly exhausted and on the brink of a breakdown due to being codependent in all aspects of my life including work (i.e. constantly picking up overtime and overloading myself). I felt like I had completely lost myself and had no idea how to find who I really was. I also felt a bit hopeless, thinking that I would continue to follow these patterns forever.

I was hoping that from working with Jo I could find myself and learn to put myself first. I wanted to have the confidence and strength to be alone, and to stand up for myself when necessary instead of putting my feelings behind others. I wanted to learn to say ‘no’ more so that I could stop myself from burning out all the time.

I absolutely loved doing the group coaching. I feel like I have made friends for life, and found it so comforting to see that it wasn’t just me struggling with codependency traits. It made me feel a lot less crazy! Each week required me to have a hard look at myself and see how I am the only person who can change the way I live. It gave me hope that I could do it, and the group and Jo were so supportive. This group really gave me a safe space to be completely honest and open about what I was doing and how I was feeling, and here I had completely non-judgmental advice and kind words whenever I needed them. I am still close with the group of women and we frequently support each other with things that most of our friends don’t personally understand.

I feel a lot more independent and as if I have the tools I need to carry on my life as if it is my life and not my partners. I feel happier and calmer a lot of the time. Jo’s group work isn’t a ‘quick fix’, but it changes the way you think and behave so that we can continually improve our lives.

I would 100% recommend group coaching with Jo. It’s been so helpful, and surprisingly fun!

FAQS

If you’ve scrolled this far, you probably have some questions - and I have some answers for you…

I’m not on Facebook, can I still access the group?

Yes! The community is not hosted on Facebook, you won’t have to go near it! Wildly Worthy is hosted on a very cool platform called Mighty Networks, and it has many of the useful functions of a Facebook group, like a discussion ‘wall’ DMs, and event calendar. It’s also where the Q&A call recordings are stored, and where you’ll access the Lovingly Fierce recovery course. Oh and you can get a free app so you can access on your phone too!

I’m only just beginning my recovery work / I’ve only just figured out I’m codependent. Will Wildly Worthy be appropriate for me? Will other people be at different levels?

Yes, Wildly Worthy will definitely be appropriate for you! There are people in the community who are at different levels, but this is not a competition, a race or a shame game! If you feel called to join Wildly Worthy, then it’s likely that it’s going to be a good fit for where you’re at. And even people who might have been doing some recovery work for a bit longer than you - still need help with the foundational stuff… Otherwise they wouldn’t be opting to get this coaching and support. Rest assured, Wildly Worthy will not be too advanced for you, and you won’t be holding anyone back!

What’s the investment?

The full price of one year’s membership, with 20% off the pay monthly option is, £440. You can pay in full, or in two instalments of £220. There is no penalty or preference for choosing any particular payment plan. If you would like to pay in two instalments please email me at jo@jowestwood.com to set up your payment plan.

If you choose the instalment plans, instalments will be collected once per month, for two months, on the same date of the first payment. Ie. If you make the first payment of £220 on 1 December, the second payment of £220 will automatically be taken on January.

The investment feel like a lot. I’ve never spent that much on myself before!

I totally get it. If you’re not used to investing in yourself, financially and energetically, this might seem like it’s a lot of money and a big commitment. But here’s the thing - realistically the price is that of 6-8 traditional therapy sessions. Therapy can be great, it can also be a bit hit and miss, depending on whether you find a therapist who really gets codependency. This is what I specialise in, so if you know you need help with this, I’m your gal, no bones about it!

And therapy sessions don’t usually come with a comprehensive online course to support you and access to your therapist in a private community online, in between sessions. Certainly not for the standard fee of £50-70 an hour anyway!

I’m not in the business of taking money from people who don’t have it. So if it’s just not financially feasible for you right now, that’s ok too. I have other offers than might fit your financial situation better at this time, and I provide lots of free content through my social media, podcast and email newsletter.

But if it is feasible for you and you’re just freaking out over the potential of actually spending money on yourself, I’d say slow down, breathe deeply and hold the stare with it. Your codependency is not against sabotaging your efforts to heal it. I’ll bet that if this was a holiday, or a cute new puppy, there’d be much less resistance to taking the financial plunge. Except for this investment, you get a significant, potentially lifelong return (see the testimonials above!)

I’m busy! What’s the time commitment?

Babe - I know you are, you’re codependent 😅I know my codependent babes love to over schedule and get overwhelmed! So here’s a break down of the realistic time commitment, if you want to get your money’s worth and have your investment be effective:

One year’s membership to Wildly Worthy from the date of subscription - you have a whole year to work through the course, show up and get support from the coaching calls, attend the workshops and connect with the other people in the community.

During that time, of course it’s ok to take breaks, or step back from contributing for a little while, whilst you focussing on implementing and practicing what you’ve learned.

Group coaching Q&A sessions: 60 minutes long, 2 per week. I would recommend planning to attend at least once call per week live, or schedule a time in your week to watch a call recording back, if the timings of the live calls don’t work for you.

Core course modules: Take approx 30-60 minutes each, to read, process and make a plan of action / do your homework.

Checking in with the community - posting and asking for support, sharing wins, and connecting with other members - as much time as you like, but let’s say 30 minutes per week.

So realistically, you’re looking at around a 2-2.5 hour time commitment across a week, to attend a coaching call, work through a course module and check in with community.

Again, I know that might seem like a lot if you’re not used to spending time on yourself. But I’ll bet that you could find at least that much time in your week that is currently lost to Netflix or scrolling social media. Imagine if you dedicated even half that time to consistently showing up for yourself to make a change in your life. How different might your life look this time next year?

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

As per UK statutory rights, there is a 14 day cooling off period for purchases made online, which means that you have 14 days to request a refund, starting the day after you make your first payment and agree to my Terms of Service. Within 14 days, I can process a refund minus an administration fee of £25, to cover my time in setting up your subscription. After that period I will not be able to make refunds and you will be liable for the full cost of the membership, whether you choose make use of the membership, or not.

I must stress that it’s super important that you think through your commitment thoroughly before making it. I understand that circumstances can sometimes change unavoidably, but if you decide to take a space in Wildly Worthy using this offer, then back out of it, you may be taking the opportunity of claiming these limited time bonuses away from someone else that wanted them.

It’s also important to me that the membership space feels safe for everyone who is a part of it. I want to protect my clients (including you, if you choose to join us!) from people popping in for a couple of weeks, watching archive calls or group coaching calls and leaving a few weeks later, without contributing to the community. One of the aims of Wildly Worthy is that we recover in solidarity with, and in relation to, each other. Not that folks get to have a free sample as is convenient to them.

What I can guarantee is that I’m great at what I do, and I always deliver for my clients. So if you’re as committed as I am, even if you feel a bit nervous, together we can create an amazing transformation for you. All you have to do is show up!
